Excuse me, my name is Aoyagi. I'm here to fill in for Tenma as an extra today...
Ah, I received a call about you just a little while ago. Everyone else is over in the waiting room that way.
Your costume should be ready too. Please head in that direction once you've changed.
Uh, yes. Thank you.
(They even have a costume for me. It's probably standard procedure, but everything seems so well put together.)
(I'm glad I was able to choose something that fit...)
(But there's twenty of us. I'm really not sure what I should be doing...)
(I have to think that something important is happening considering how many of us there are.)
(I need to do everything I can today for Tsukasa's sake.)
I already checked the email that Tsukasa forwarded to me but...
It said, “The director will give you more details the day of...”
I don't think I've seen anyone like that yet...
Extras, we appreciate your patience.
Ah...
We have just received word from the on-site director and it appears that they will be running late due to a traffic accident.
For now, we will be explaining what you will be doing for today.
(I see. I'm glad they're doing this since I still wasn't entirely sure what to do based on what that email said.)
To start, this is supposed to be a surprise by the bride for the groom, so be sure not to tell the other guests about this.
As you were previously informed, you will be performing as a flash mob during this ceremony.
A flash mob...?
(When seemingly random people suddenly begin dancing on the street? I've seen couples use them to propose to each other on TV before...)
(But during the actual ceremony? I wonder what we'll be doing...)
We will be proceeding as follows...
First, you will be placed among the actual wedding guests during the outdoor portion of the ceremony.
At the end of this part, the minister for the wedding, the groom's friend, will say the standard “to love and to cherish, till death do us part” bit.
The groom will say, “I do,” and just as the bride is about to say the same, a man will exclaim, “Wait!”
Wait...?
He'll run up to the altar and spontaneously propose to the bride by shouting, “I love you! Let's get married!”
I see...
The bride will then choose her groom by saying, “He is the only one for me.” Everybody else congratulates them with a hearty “mazel tov”...
And the music will start as the cue to begin dancing to cap off this part of the celebration.
...
(It's interesting, but I'm still a little fuzzy on a few parts.)
(I would think that a random stranger suddenly deciding to propose to the bride would cause the entire place to go completely silent...)
(Or maybe that's the part I should be trying to enjoy. I'm not entirely sure...)
I understand that you have already been given the dance routine and song that will be used, so please feel free to practice on your own in the meantime.
Further details will be explained to you later by the director, so we ask that you please remain patient.
It's not as bad as I thought it would be.
Yeah. I actually just signed up with this agency, so I was a little nervous coming into this.
Really? It's only my second time here. I'm hoping that I'll be cast alongside famous celebrities someday.
(I assumed that professional dancers or people with acting experience like Tsukasa would be gathered here, but I guess that's not really the case...)
(Based on that email, we're supposed to be singing, dancing and doing a little bit of acting...)
(I have the song and dance routine too, so I should be able to learn it all by the time everything starts.)
(Alright, time to practice...)
Um... Would you like to practice with us? We thought that it might be good to try singing together too.
Yes, I'd like that too.
I guess around here will...
Hey, you're getting in the way! Can't you take that somewhere else? The dance team needs way more space than you guys!
Wah!
Are you alright?
Did you just bump into them...?
Yeah, I'm okay... We just grazed shoulders is all...
Alright! Time for the dance team to start practicing!
What?! Really?!
No, what do we do...?!
Hm?
The staff look concerned.
What do you think's going on?
I'll go take a look...
You want us to take the reins...?! You really can't send anyone else...?! But...!
Um, is something the matter?
Uh, well... Apparently, the director's car was just rear-ended...
Rear-ended?
Nobody was hurt, but it sounded like the car isn't starting and they got into an argument with the people from the other car, so they won't be able to make it in time.
But the ceremony starts in three hours and there's no way we'll be able to find someone to replace them in that time...
At this rate, we'll have to cancel everything and I was about the tell the bride...
I'm so sorry. Please, just give us some time...
...
So everything's gonna be cancelled?
That's too bad, but we don't really have a choice. We can't do much without a director.
Um...
Isn't there anything we can do on our own? Or is there anyone here that could serve as a director...?
You serious? Directing isn't easy, kid. Especially when this many people are involved...
This won't get off the ground unless you have everything sorted from start to finish. Think about it a little.
Yes, I see...
Please excuse my ignorance.
<Wow! This is amazing!
So this is what a wedding hall is like? It's so beautiful!>
Yes, it is.
The venue itself is designed to be naturally photogenic and quite a sight to behold, no?
Hm? Oh, is that...?
Len, would you mind hiding for a moment?
<Yeah, no problem!>
(*Sigh*...
I managed to get out of there...)
(Is everything actually going to be cancelled just like that?)
If only Tsukasa were here. He might've been able to do something about this...
A man walking away as he leaves a wedding venue in the distance...
Very nice. I can see it already...
This voice...
Hello. How is your first show going, Aoyagi?
Kamishiro...?
