Kanade, it's almost 25:00.
Oh, you're right.
I need to log into Nightcord.
<There she is! How's it going?>
<Is Yuki with you?>
<I am.>
<Now that we're all here, why don't we get started?>
<Unfortunately, we're all waiting on Amia to finish editing the video.>
<Yeah, yeah, I'm working on it.
The rest of you can talk about when we're gonna have our after-party, since you're so free.>
<That's fine, but I kinda want to hear about the convention you two went to, K.>
<Yeah, me too!
How was it?>
<Oh, so... Quite a lot happened...>
<Yes, quite a lot...>
<Then, pick some of it and tell us.>
<We saw that they had a public piano set up, so K and I decided to play something together.>
<Wait, together? As in four hands?>
<Yes, we played K's song, like we did during Shibuya Festa... And before we realized it, a lot of people had gathered around us.>
<Haha! It's hard not to notice two people playing together.>
<And the songs K plays are always really pretty.>
<What did those people do after you finished playing? Nothing weird, I hope.>
<They applauded...>
<It was actually a little embarrassing.>
<Wait, that's it?
I was sort of hoping to hear about them swarming you.>
<I'm glad that they were all polite.>
<Anyway, you said a lot happened. Tell us more. Anything fun or interesting?>
<They held a quiz contest during the concert. K and I got every question right.>
<What?! All of them?!>
<They had quite a few questions about chords and double notes played on different instruments. The goal was to identify them.>
<But plenty of other people also got every question right. I have a feeling that they were meant to be easy to answer.>
<Still, that's really impressive.>
<Yeah! So, did you win anything?>
<We received some vouchers for one of the shops in the food court...>
<But we didn't end up using them.>
<Wait, why? Were neither of you hungry?>
<So, after the concert, we met this boy who really liked to play the trumpet...>
<So he couldn't make it sound good, huh...>
<They do say all wind instruments, not just trumpets, can be really hard to play unless you know the right tricks.>
<We didn't know much about wind instruments either, so we decided to take him over to a booth with a demo area where he could try playing one.>
<Shiraishi and Aoyagi were working at that booth.>
<What?! Why?!>
<They knew the manager, and were lending him a hand by helping with the customers.>
<Really? Toya helping customers?
I would have liked to see that!>
<Me too! I bet he did a great job of explaining stuff in a really polite manner!>
<He did. He even did a tremendous job with the boy we'd brought over.>
<The boy was ready to give up on the trumpet, but Aoyagi convinced him to keep trying. We actually ended up all practicing together.>
<He treated that boy very well.>
<Yeah, I bet.>
<Whenever I go back to school after a while away, he's always there to tell me how far the class has progressed for math and other subjects♪>
<He even tells me about the things the teachers say are gonna be on upcoming tests, which has been super helpful.>
<Aren't you relying on him a little too much, Amia?>
<Man, a lot really did happen!
Thanks for telling us, you two! That was really fun♪>
<You're welcome...>
<Actually, Yuki...
Why don't you tell your dad this story the next time you meet him?>
<Huh...?>
<Hey, that's a great idea!
I bet he'd feel a lot better knowing that you're having fun with K.>
<...>
<You think so?>
<If you feel comfortable, Yuki, then I also think you should try telling him.>
<...>
<Okay...
I'll try to tell him the next chance I get...>
