I guess you wanna look for ones that aren't wrinkly. Smooth and plump is supposedly the way to go.

You'll want to avoid any that have gashes or spots on them. Also, I doubt the store you're going to sells them, but the same goes for any that look kinda green. Those can cause horrible stomach aches.
